We had a breakdown driving westbound on I-68 about 25 miles east of Cumberland, MD, and called Buckley’s for a tow. They were incredibly responsive and kept us updated every step of the way, including checking on our safety given the freezing temperatures. Excellent communication, fast response, and genuine care for their customers. We highly recommend Buckley’s for anyone in need of roadside assistance!

I hit a dear tonight and my car would not run any more and they towed me and took me to my house the driver was aweasome and was very good at what he does i highly recommend them

Driving home on 68, just past Little Orleans, where the road is THE DARKEST I got a flat tire. Total pancake flat. Called Buckley's and they were there so quickly! Towed me to Walmart, and I had a really great conversation with him too! Thank you so much! I will recommend you to all my family and friends!

From the hello on the other end on the phone I knew we were going with this company. They not only were very reasonable but also arrived in 5 minutes!!. Truly a pleasure to have tow our car.

6 hrs from home I broke down in the middle of no where. From the time I called for a tow Jim got there in 20 minutes! I didn't have a clue where to take my car so he called a place he recommended to make sure they could squeeze me in at 4pm. After dropping off my car he drove me up the road to where some restaurants and hotels were in case they couldn't fix it right away, which they did and I was back on the road in less than 2 hrs! Above and beyond service. 1000% recommend.
